Hi friends, In my previous post, we looked at how to find scams and legitimate websites. There are numerous freelancing websites online that connect home based job seekers with their employers. Basically freelancing jobs are auction based system. The employer will post on the freelancing website with their requirements and bid amount. A registered worker can search for openings related to their skills and bid on jobs. The employer will select the worker and contact them via email and message. The best of the freelancing website is that they give some employers a "payment verified" tag based on their previous payment history, which gives the worker the confidence to go with that job.
